Mirena IUD Birth Control - Beware...
The only reason I am posting this here is that the more people know about it - the better. The Doctor completely misinformed me about some of the additional side effects and I took her word on it that this was the best option for my needs.
I am having it removed today. Here are other women's horror stories - they are all very similar and I haven't even had it very long and it's already messed me up and it hurts! :(

Eeep! Sounds horrible. :-( I must admit I stopped using all kinds of hormonal birh controls a few years back. I'd much rather trust a condom (with the added unerotic hassle) or my cycle savviness.
